How long is data kept in the Guardify system?

At case close, you can delete the case, archive it for long-term storage, or keep it active. You determine retention rules, and Guardify reporting tools help apply them, including bulk archiving.

What access does Guardify have to user data?

Guardify business employees have no access to your evidence. Developer access is tightly controlled and limited to authorized personnel only.
