Breed and Age: Golden Retriever, 5 years old
Bacon will greet families when they come into our lobby. He will spend time with clients in their therapy sessions when they are processing through hard parts of their story. He also provides support and respite to staff at the CAC of Kent County.
Bacon was trained through PAWS with a Cause until he was a year and a half when he was placed at the CAC of Kent County.
There have been moments in many therapy sessions when Bacon is the only one to provide comfort and calm to children when they are processing the hard parts of their healing journey.
