Duplicate a case (Pro)
In a situation where there are potential multiple defendants on a single case in Guardify. Users need to create new cases to track discovery of each case. Today, users create a new case card and re-upload the same evidence they just uploaded to the first case.
Solution Overview
When duplicated, Guardify will in essence clone the case and core details available on the case. Active shares, notes, and tags will not be included in the duplicated case. A new case ID is auto associated with the duplicated case if not entered manually in the duplicate workflow by the user.
Request evidence from existing users (Pro)
When I need evidence from someone who is already in the Guardify account, I often resort to emailing them directly and asking that they upload to the case I’ve shared with them.
Solution Overview
When a request for evidence is made, users will now see the option to request evidence from existing users or external. External requests remain unchanged. Internal requests allow the user to select names that have been added to the account. Existing user requests present as a request to the user who needs to upload evidence and can be revoked by the requestor at any point in time.
View all uploads as an intake lead (CAC)
In the context of a team of uploaders, there is usually a person who needs to be able to assist in ensuring uploads occurred and/or are occurring (think Law Enforcement). When someone is sick or out of office, users with this permission can view uploads from others on their team.
Solution Overview
Toggle on the “Can view organization uploads” on the user who needs this permission. When the user logs in next, from the Uploads page they will see a filter that now allows them to filter to one or all uploaders on the account.
Select individual streamable files for sharing (CAC)
If I’m required to share a post-disclosure parent meeting video, I have to create a new interview card and link them in order to share only that video file. If new evidence is being added to interviews, shares with all current and future attachments are shared automatically.
Solution Overview
Similar to long standing functionality in Pro, users can now select individual streaming (audio/video) files to share with recipients and can opt to share all current and future attachments so that when new files are added to the interview they are shared to the recipients.
Link health records to health records (CAC)
Supporting situations where health records need to be linked for sharing but there is not an interview.
Solution Overview
Similar to linking health records to interviews. Users will now be able to link to other health records, visually see linked relationships and unlink at will.
