Presenter
Brandon Poor is an 18-year veteran of a major Dallas–Fort Worth police department. A former professional opera singer with degrees from TCU and a New York conservatory, he began working in the Crimes Against Children Unit in 2014, investigating abuse, child deaths, and homicides. In 2016, he founded his department’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit (ICAC), partnering with state and federal agencies to combat online child exploitation.
A certified cell phone and computer forensic examiner, Brandon has conducted hundreds of examinations and testified as an expert in both fields. He also trains law enforcement and educates communities on protecting children from online threats.
