Tarik (Tank) Muslimovic
Sergeant Tarik Muslimovic has served with the Arlington Police Department for 17 years. He was promoted to sergeant in 2017 and went on to supervise the Crimes Against Children and Internet Crimes Against Children units beginning in 2019. In 2023, he established the Human Exploitation and Trafficking (HEAT) Unit, where he continues to lead efforts to protect vulnerable victims and advance proactive investigations targeting human trafficking and online exploitation.

Julie Evans
Julie Evans is the Chief Executive Officer of Alliance For Children. Alliance For Children, Tarrant County’s Children’s Advocacy Center, is dedicated to the protection and healing of child abuse victims. For over 30 years, Alliance For Children has helped more than 70,000 children heal from the trauma of physical abuse, sexual assault or from witnessing a violent crime. Julie began her career in child protection as an Investigator with Child Protective Services in 1999. She spent six years with CPS; most of her time as part of a specialized unit investigating serious, life-threatening cases of abuse while co-locating within the Alliance For Children. In 2005, Julie joined the staff of Alliance For Children. Serving as its CEO since 2013, Alliance For Children has three child-friendly centers serving on average 2,300 new children annually.
