It allows a simple drag-and-drop experience without opening a browser and can provide a streamlined one-way sync from any system into Guardify. Connect combines the processing power of the cloud with the immediate access of your local computer to upload hundreds—even thousands—of evidentiary files to Guardify and assign them to your case within seconds.

Securely Upload Bulk or Large Files Over Any Connection
Guardify Connect makes uploading evidence as easy as click, drag, and go.
With this new desktop extension, Connect is installed directly on your PC or Mac desktop. When it’s time to upload new evidence, you simply drag and drop the evidence into the Guardify software and walk away.
Connect will automatically upload your evidence, and the desktop app makes it easy to pull evidence into a case. You can drop any number of files of any size, and the combined processing power of your computer with our cloud technology will take it from there. Whether you need to upload one large file or do a bulk import of thousands of pieces of digital evidence, Connect will handle it for you.
Have a shaky connection? Need to grab your laptop and head to the next meeting? Connect will automatically pause your upload and automatically resume when your internet connection is restored for truly hands-free uploading.
You don’t need to keep multiple tabs open, and you never have to wait for an upload to finish before moving on with your day. Connect will automatically handle any upload errors and even restart the process if needed.
Sync Entire Evidence Folders Automatically
In addition to the simple drag-and-drop upload, Guardify Connect has a Folder Sync function. You can identify which folders on your computer should be automatically synced with Guardify, and Connect will upload all evidence in this folder. You control where it goes, and you always control who has access.
No more downloading evidence from one system just to manually reupload to another – instead, you can download the evidence to a synced folder and let Connect do the rest.
With Folder Sync in Connect, your evidence is uploaded from the designated local folder and then stored in Guardify’s CJIS-compliant AWS GovCloud evidence platform. You’re then free to remove the files from local storage on your computer without worrying about lost or misplaced evidence.

Guardify Connect is fully CJIS compliant, and its cloud functions are hosted on AWS GovCloud. Connect uses 2-factor authentication for all logins, and once your evidence has been uploaded, those leading discovery maintain full control over who can access the evidence and for how long.
