A Year in Review
Can you believe it’s already 2025? This past year at Guardify has been nothing short of amazing. As 2024 wraps up, I’ve been reflecting on everything we’ve accomplished together and the lessons we’ve learned along the way. I’m incredibly thankful for the relationships we’ve built and grown—with our customers, partners, and team members—and for the milestone moments that have reinforced our mission: delivering reliable, cutting-edge digital evidence management solutions to social services, law enforcement, attorneys, and family protective services.
Welcoming New Customers and Users
We’re proud to have onboarded over 20,000 new Guardify users this year, including more than 1,000 new agencies in every state across the country. Along that journey, we’ve saved our customers more than $15 million dollars in technology spend, and achieved a milestone of 300,000 children’s stories protected. We’re so proud of the agencies who have entrusted us. Among those who have used our technology:
- More than 35,000 Law Enforcement professionals.
- More than 24,000 Child Advocates and Child Protective Service professionals
- More than 12,000 Legal Professionals
- More than 500 Medical and Mental Health Experts

Products We’ve Launched
2024 was a landmark year for innovation at Guardify. We rolled out hundreds of new features and a number of completely new products. Just to name a few of our transformative solutions that are already making an impact:
- Guardify Mobile: New custom experience for Child Advocates, Prosecutors, and Law Enforcement.
- Live Streaming Redesign: Simpler, faster, and more reliable virtual interview platform.
- Smart Archiving: Auto-Archive, Restore accidentally archived files, and cost-effective, long-term storage.
- Next Generation Transcription: More accurate, speaker identification, multi-language transcription.
- Prosecution ‘Records‘: Manage more streamlined cases that have fewer large media files.
- Connect: Our first desktop applications, designed to streamline automated uploading and eliminate the need for case management integrations
- New video, audio, and integration solutions coming soon!

Events
2024 Marked a banner year for hosting virtual events and meeting our customers in-person! Building strong connections has always been at the heart of what we do. This year, we hosted and attended dozens key events to bring our community together:
- Forensic Interviewers Week: Our 3rd annual event to recognize the tireless work of the amazing people across the industry, highlighted by our awards ceremony (and swag store!)
- Webinars: These sessions offered insights from industry experts on managing evidence in a rapidly changing landscape. Some are eligible for CLE. See our webinars-on-demand here.
- Conferences, Conferences, Conferences: Our small, but mighty team attended 35 industry and state association conferences across the country in nearly every state.

Our team
If you’ve not met us at a conference, heard us on a podcast or webinar, you might not know that nearly half our team came from the field. We intentionally hire a blended team of industry professionals balanced with technologists. In 2024, we nearly doubled in size to ensure we could meet the changing needs of our customers and ensure our technology was truly built to make life better for everyone who interacts with our platform.
