BIS Digital builds the interview room. Guardify manages everything that happens after the recording stops. Together, the interview recording system and Guardify give Child Advocacy Centers a single path from multi-camera capture to secure storage, redaction, and MDT sharing.
Integration Overview
BIS Digital has built digital recording systems since 1982, and its DCR-IR interview recorder is purpose-built for CAC environments. One-touch start, stop, and record. Multiple synchronized camera angles in a single file. Noise filtering and automatic gain control so audio holds up under review.
Guardify picks up where the recording ends. Files captured in BIS Digital move into Guardify’s secure platform, linked to the right case, retained under full chain of custody, and shared with MDT partners under role-level permissions. Redaction, transcription, and captioning happen in Guardify. Time-limited links, encrypted downloads, and custodianship transfer replace physical media entirely. Every action is logged and auditable, compliant with CJIS, HIPAA, SOC 2, and AWS GovCloud standards.

This integration connects a turnkey AV recording environment to a cloud evidence platform. Centers get high-fidelity multi-angle capture at the room level, then secure review, redaction, and sharing at the case level, with no physical media in between.
