New Features
Email Notification for Restored Cases
Users will now receive email notifications when a previously archived case or interview has been successfully restored, eliminating the need to contact support for updates.

Replaced outdated “Encrypted/Unencrypted” terminology with “Guardify Playback” for clearer and more consistent user permissions in CAC.
Faster Navigation of Case History
The “Load More” button in case history now loads 50 records per click instead of 12, significantly improving navigation speed for cases with extensive histories.
Refined User Approval Permissions
Only primary managers can now approve or modify user requests, eliminating confusion and ensuring proper access control.

Tooltip descriptions have been added to many previously unlabeled icon buttons, making the platform more intuitive, especially for new users.
Bug Fixes
Interviewee and Patient Details Missing
Restored missing Interviewee and Patient fields in the card view for interviews and health records, improving clarity for case identification.
Broken Search Dropdown Navigation
Clicking a file in the search dropdown now works correctly, navigating users to the correct file without unexpected page reloads or record count issues.
Unresponsive Cancel Button During Upload
Fixed an issue where the Cancel button did not work when users were prompted to rename a duplicate file during upload to Health Records.
Apostrophes in Advanced Search
Fixed a bug where apostrophes in search queries caused errors. Search is now properly sanitized and secure.
Inactive Download Button After Permission Change
Resolved a bug where users saw a download option even after their upload permissions were revoked. The button is now hidden as expected.
Interview Import Bug Between CAC and Pro
Fixed an issue that prevented successful interview imports from CAC to Pro accounts, allowing smooth transfer between account types.

Health Records Field Label Customization
Health Records users from non-CAC organizations can now see their preferred terminology instead of “CAC Case ID,” reducing confusion and aligning the interface with clinical workflows.
- In the Health Records module, “CAC Case ID” now appears as Medical Record Number (MRN).
- This change applies only within Health Records. Other modules continue to use “CAC Case ID.”
Download Proprietary Players
Guardify Prosecution users can now easily download all necessary file players without juggling uploads.

User Permissions Updates
- License managers can now designate other manager roles in their account as admins, providing them license manager access.
- Accounts can now restrict the ability to share and/or download for investigator role types.
File Discovery Log
In the history sidebar, the three-dot menu now includes an option to export a PDF report of all users who have had case files shared with them for that case, as well as the date they received access to each file.
New Features
Transcript Insights
Reviewing video and audio files can take large amounts of time and focus, especially on cases with thousands of files or when trying to recall the details of a case from years ago.
Guardify now offers Insights with your transcript. A short summary helps users quickly gather details from the transcribed conversation before reviewing it more deeply.
For every transcript generated in the platform, users will now see a new Insights tab available. Permissions vary based on use cases in Guardify for Child Advocacy and Guardify for Prosecutors.
Download File Metadata
Building on existing functionality in Guardify for Prosecutors, users can now download hash values and file properties, making it quick and easy to get what is needed to prove file integrity for court and other parts of an investigation.
When interacting with files in a case, users can download file properties for a single file or in bulk for all files on a case.
Export All Transcripts on a Case
Users can now get transcript metadata with the click of a button.
When interacting with files on a case, users can select a new option to export all transcripts. Guardify collects transcript metadata for processed audiovisual files and creates a new download package.
Additional Improvements to Guardify
- Updates to User History to include all history of changes made to a user over time.
- Updates to the Account Settings experience, reorganizing sections and creating more consistent use of toggles and checkboxes.
- Improvements to navigation and the video player experience in CAC and Pro to make small-screen viewing more useful.
