Faster turnaround on every request
Prior to the acquisition, it was difficult to get bugs fixed — fixes were often bundled into quarterly releases. Since the acquisition, it's been much easier to get bugs resolved, with a much faster turnaround.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What does Guardify acquiring NCAtrak mean?
Guardify has acquired NCAtrak from the National Children’s Alliance and renamed it TRAK (Technology Reaching All Kids). This ensures continued support for the system while allowing Guardify to invest in its long-term development and build new tools designed specifically for CAC workflows.
What is NCA's role going forward?
NCA remains a key partner and continues to support Child Advocacy Centers. Guardify is now responsible for the ongoing development and support of TRAK.
Will TRAK continue to be supported?
Yes. TRAK (formerly NCAtrak) will continue to be supported. There are no immediate changes to your current workflows, and no one is being cut off from the platform.
Do I need to take any action right now?
No. There is no immediate action required. You can continue working in TRAK exactly as you did in NCAtrak. The only practical change is the new login URL: trak.guardify.com. Guardify will share updates and options over time.
What changes should I expect?
There are no immediate changes beyond the name and the login URL. Over time, Guardify will introduce enhancements and options, including the opportunity to move to Guardify’s case management platform when you are ready.
Who owns my data?
Your CAC maintains full ownership of its data. That does not change.
Will my existing TRAK data stay accessible?
Yes. All your existing cases, records, and history remain accessible. If you choose to migrate to Guardify, your data will not be moved immediately. You will retain access to TRAK for reporting purposes throughout the transition.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Guardify is CJIS-compliant, HIPAA-compliant, and SOC 2 Type II certified. If you choose to migrate, the process includes data integrity validation.
Who gets migrated first?
Guardify is starting with centers who are excited about exploring the new platform early. If you are interested, you can opt in to be considered for an early migration slot.
What does opting in mean?
Opting in means you are expressing interest in moving from TRAK to Guardify’s case management platform. It is your choice. You decide if and when you are ready. There is no pressure and no deadline.
What happens once I opt in?
Three things happen. First, your Guardify CMS account gets provisioned so you can start testing right away. Second, your existing TRAK data stays put and you keep access for reporting. Third, when you are ready, Guardify works through a migration plan with you that includes a clear visual timeline.
What does pricing look like if I move to Guardify?
In Year 1 there is no price change at the time of migration. In Year 2 it moves to standard Guardify Cases pricing at your first renewal, currently $3,200 per year.
What if I stay on TRAK?
You can continue as-is for the foreseeable future. Pricing follows the existing structure (formerly NCAtrak’s), including the 3% annual increase.
Can I keep using my existing Guardify integration with NCAtrak?
Yes. Your existing integration between TRAK and Guardify stays intact. Nothing about that changes.
I just submit my annual stats — is anything changing for me?
Nothing changes right now. You’ll continue using TRAK (formerly NCAtrak) for stats submission as you do today. In Q3, we’ll be launching STATS, a dedicated product designed specifically for annual stats reporting, with both free and premium options. We’ll share more details as we get closer to launch.
I have more questions about the future of TRAK. Who do I contact?
